Updated programming for Fall.

October

11th – Founders’ Day: Kappa chapter: 2711 Nueces St., 78705 (512) 476-3774

24/25 – Race for the Cure bag stuffing, 15 volunteers are needed to stuff Survivor Bags. To volunteer for RftC, contact Deborah Hoyes at service@austinzta.org.

27th – Trick-or-Treat with ZTA – 5:30-7:30pm, Trick-or-Treat at Kappa chapter: 2711 Nueces St., 78705 (512) 476-3774

27th – approximately 7:30pm (after Trick-or-Treat) Yaps & Apps at Rooftop Bar (for those without kids) * note new location

November

5th – 10:30am, Celebration of Life Luncheon at the Omni Hotel downtown

6th – 4-6pm, 10 volunteers are needed to set up the Survivor Tent. To volunteer for RftC, contact Deborah Hoyes at service@austinzta.org.

7th – 6-8am & 8-11:30am, 20-to-30 volunteers are needed to set up, prep flowers, serve/replenish food, assist with photo/videography, assists with “In Memory/Honor of” signs, hand out roses at the finish line, assist with cleanup and break down. To volunteer for RftC, contact Deborah Hoyes at service@austinzta.org.

30th – 6-8pm, Yaps & Apps at the Melting Pot downtown

December

14th – 7pm, Holiday Cookie Decorating at the home of Lara Burns & Natalie Paramores: 2109 Nickerson, 78704
