Race for the Cure Training Group
Austin ZTA 5K Training is designed to help runners at all levels prepare for the Komen Race For The Cure. The running classes will be taught be Lauri Zachry and Ami Hooper. The training provides a complete program to support any runner’s effort to prepare for and complete a 5K. No previous running training or experience is required. Training will meet once a week, starting Tuesday, September 22nd, at Town Lake (park at the Statesman building and meet under the Congress Avenue bridge).
